Steps Ahead Dance offers quality dance training in a welcoming and supportive environment, with classes for dancers from 3 years through to advanced levels. Students may work toward internationally recognized ISTD and RAD examinations and awards, but examinations are always optional — there is a place at Steps Ahead for dancers with many different goals.

Performance opportunities are an important part of the Steps Ahead experience. All students have opportunities to perform, while dancers looking for additional training and stage experience may choose to apply for SAPG — the Steps Ahead Performance Group. SAPG dancers take part in additional performances, competitions and special events throughout the season.
For dancers wishing to pursue further training, Steps Ahead provides a strong foundation for the future. Our students have gone on to study at respected institutions including The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Canada’s National Ballet School, Interlochen Arts Academy, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, UCLA, and more.
