- Dancers are to be in (1st) costume with correct hairstyle (no make-up)
- All dancers must be ready 30 mins prior to their rehearsal time.

Your dancer should be signed out once they are finished. Volunteers will be signing students in and out and will be supervising dancers in the dressing room/rehearsal room while they are not on stage.

Friday May 31st – Act 2 Technical Dress Rehearsal – 4 pm – 9 pm

- Dancers are to be ready at 4 pm – Rehearsal begins with the finale – all Act 2 dancers on stage (Act 1 dancers are not rehearsing on May 31st)

Volunteers will be supervising dancers in the dressing room/rehearsal room or in the audience while they are not on stage. We hope to run on time, however, your patience is appreciated.

NEW– SATURDAY JUNE 1st – FULL RUN – Tech/Dress Rehearsal – 2-4pm
Dancers to be in 1st costume with hair done. Make-up can be done at the dinner break. This rehearsal gives us an opportunity to try all of the quick changes and allows our tech crew the opportunity to run the scenes prior to the audience being in the house.
1.30pm Arrival – sign-in for all dancers EXCEPT those in Miss Scarlet’s Jewels, Kitchen Mice, Dust Bunnies, Billiard Balls, Shake Your Tail Feather and Candlesticks. If your dancer is ONLY in one of these dances – we do not need them at the 2pm rehearsal. If they are in other pieces, we require them.
2-4pm Tech Run of the show
4pm – 5.30pm Dinner Break
All dancers should arrive and sign-in at 5.30pm latest for the 6pm show.
